I went to get my nails done a week ago, had my appointment booked for 11am, and I waited for 15 minutes before they had started. They started the process of soaking off my nails and she was rushing to file off my nails (with the E-File) and cut my finger. I asked if she cut my cuticle and to let me see it. She put a paper towel over it and wouldn’t let me see the cut. After the bleeding stopped she continued to file my nails. The nail technician kept getting up to help other customers, and getting things for other technicians. Finally the polish was off and we started shaping the nails and she had gotten up again to start someone else’s pedicure mid way through my appointment, and I was already there for an hour and 15 minutes!! If you’re going to go to Allisen’s Nail and Spa. Go as a walk in only. They DO NOT prioritize appointments. They double and triple book with no staff to take on that type of booking.
